When I was in my PhD program I was seriously worried about how I would do my dissertation. I decided that rather than panicking and taking stress I would give myself an early start in order to do my dissertation well. Now in order to do my dissertation and do it well I had to make sure that I selected a topic after I had conducted a thorough research and found legitimate information which would help me develop a hypothesis that I could support as well as prove through reasoning based on the factual material I had gathered.
Now in order to start to do my dissertation I had to make sure that my review panel, my advisor and any other PhD did not object to my claim or hypothesis. I gave myself more time than I needed to do my dissertation and set my deadline two weeks ahead of the scheduled submission date. In order to make sure I do my dissertation in a manner that was acceptable by my review panel and advisors I had to make sure that I followed every detailed requirement regarding sequence and format. You see in order for me to do my dissertation well I had to make sure that my review board could easily find the points and sub points on which my work was based.
My advisor played a major role in making sure I do my dissertation well and on time. She gave me critical advice and never got frustrated by the number of questions I asked. As I managed to do my dissertation well I have to thank my family, my advisors and my friends who helped and supported me.
